I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a good size and clean, but the outside area was extremely stinky due to the nearby canalization. The staff had a mixed attitude, with some being polite and others quite ignorant. The pools were nice although I wasn't too keen on the wasp nest. The food and drinks were standard, but the petting zoo was a great feature along with the adjacent beach.
The hotel offers a splendid view just near the seaside with spacious rooms but in need of renovation. The service was a mix of rude and wonderful experiences. The location is family-friendly but a bit far from the city center. Dining provided a fabulous range of options but with some quality issues.
